Iran Human Rights, January 3: One prisoner was hanged in the prison of Yasouj (southern Iran) yesterday January 2.
According to the Iranian state media, the prisoner who was not identified by name, was convicted of possession and trafficking of 20050* vials containing heroin and 74917* psychotropic pills.
Last week five prisoners were hanged publicly in the city of Yasouj.
