BAKED CHICKEN WITH A DELICIOUS TOPPING
This chicken is so tasty and the best part? It could not be easier!
4 large chicken breasts
1/2 cup mayonnaise (125 mL)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (60 mL)
1/4 cup ground almonds (60 mL)
4 tsp sesame seeds, (20 mL)
toasted, if desired
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse chicken breasts under running, cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
In small bowl combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and ground almonds. Place chicken breasts on greased cookie sheet. Spread mayonnaise mixture over top of chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through (chicken meat must be white and not pink and the juices must run clear).
