Iran Human Rights, July 5: One woman and one man were hanged in the prison of Orumieh (northwest of Iran) on Monday July 5, reported the human rights defender’s news website RHANA.
According to this report the man was identified as Mostafa Rahimi and he was hanged along with his mother (name not mentioned) convicted of drug trafficking.
According to RHANA five others have been transferred to solitary confinement and are scheduled to be executed tomorrow.
The official Iranian sources have not confirmed these news yet.
